Forest Management Workshop Planned

Northeastern Washington and North Idaho landowners who own or manage small parcels of forest land are invited to an all-day workshop in Spokane on urban timberland management.

Pre-registration concludes today. Cost is $5.

The workshop will be held at the Washington Water Power Co. auditorium, 1411 E. Mission, from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. April 12. Doors will open at 8 a.m.

The workshop is being sponsored by WWP, the Washington state Department of Natural Resources and the Washington Community Forestry Council.
