Kootenai County has a backlog of 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Joel J. Courreges 24, Hayden, parole violation/felony driving while suspended, $15,000 bond.

John R. Fotland 25, Newman Lake, Wash., parole violation/fraudulent use of bank card, $10,000 bond.

Nicole M. Jackson 28, Spokane, fraud, no bond.

Tommy L. Maynard 25, Coeur d’Alene, parole violation/burglary, $10,000 bond.

Lawrence E. Thrasher 39, Butte, Mont., parole violation/possession of methamphetamine, $10,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Esa M. Auten 22, Athol, contempt/resisting arrest, $225 bond.

Donald T. Bruhn 19, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving under the influence, $69 bond.

Corinna S. Carter 26, Post Falls, contempt/ invalid driver’s license and driving while suspended, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $245 bond, four days in jail.

Ladawna J. Delcomte 20, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $100 bond.

David W. Gilbert 37, Spokane, contempt and failure to appear/driving while suspended, $368 bond, two days in jail.

Shaun M. Haskins 37, Rathdrum, contempt/ driving under the influence, $670 bond.

David S. Landvik 34, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving while suspended, failure to notify of accident, failure to appear/driver’s license suspension, $1,569.

Travis E. Motz 20, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/ invalid driver’s license, $59 bond.

John A. Reems 21, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/ shoplifting, $203 bond.

Darryl A. Rogne 32, Post Falls, contempt/ battery, $78 bond.

David L. Rolle II 37, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving under the influence, $545 bond.
