From Staff And Wire Reports

A Moscow, Idaho, woman was killed while riding a bicycle on the shoulder of state Highway 27, just outside the Pullman city limits.

Deborah K. Budwig, 39, died Saturday after she was run over by a 1986 Ford coupe that drifted onto the shoulder. Its driver, 19-year-old James R. Martin of Moscow, was not injured.

Both the bicycle and car were heading east.
