Activities At Roosevelt

Summer is busy for rangers at Lake Roosevelt National Recreation Area. Thursday programs include full-day canoe trips on the Kettle River, owl prowls, nature walks, orienteering and bike rides.

Fridays and Saturdays are devoted to kids’ activities at the Kettle Falls and Evans campgrounds. Short canoe trips, nature walks or a crafts are typically offered around 11 a.m. on Sundays. (509) 738-6266.
