The Great Divide Traveling Ombudsmen

Seattle’s great. Everybody says so. But a reality check never hurt anybody.

So The Spokesman-Review dispatched reporter Paul Turner and editorial cartoonist Milt Priggee to the West Side to compare and contrast our town with their town.

They went in April and again last month. Sure, they both had been over there before. But this was their first time traveling as unlicensed cultural anthropologists.

What did they see? Please turn to Section H for part three of The Great Divide.
