Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Melissa M. Anthis 21, Kellogg, parole violation/forgery, $10,000 bond.

Kelly M. Bishop 26, Spokane, nonsufficient funds check fraud (two counts), $2,500 bond.

David J. Holland 27, Spirit Lake, failure to appear/grand theft, $10,000 bond.

Bryan R. Palmer 34, Rathdrum, failure to appear/intimidating a witness, battery, grand theft, $8,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Patricia A. Burrows 25, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/disturbing the peace, $128 bond.

Michael A. Hannestad 36, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/no driver’s license, $34 bond.

Bart K. Hansen 36, Rathdrum, contempt/driving under the influence, $528 bond.

Rodney C. Haux 40, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/possession of paraphernalia, $205 bond.

Grant E. Herrman 34, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/theft/receiving stolen property, $360 bond.
