Liquor Licenses

Murphy-Butte Inc. has applied for a license to sell beer or wine by the bottle or package for off-premises consumption at Overland Station, Geiger Boulevard and Hayford Road.

The state Liquor Control Board has imposed a monetary penalty of $250, which was paid by Rosauers Supermarkets Inc. The licensee, or an employee, was accused of supplying liquor to a person under 21 years old for off-premises consumption at Huckleberry’s Fresh Market, 926 S. Monroe.

Ronald and Inga Poach have applied for a license to sell beer or wine by bottle or package for off-premises consumption at Fairfield One Stop, 101 S. First, Fairfield.
