Secret Witness Seeks Man With 5 Warrants

A man with 41 convictions - nine of them for felony drug possession - is this week’s Secret Witness target. There’s a cash reward for information leading to his arrest.

Richard Charles Gates is now wanted on five outstanding warrants, four for possession of drugs with intent to deliver and one for theft.

Gates is 52 years old, 5-foot-11, and weighs 225 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
