Picasso, Miro Among Art Stolen From Suburban Home

A painting by Picasso and another by Miro and other art objects worth several million dollars have been stolen from a home in suburban Celigny, police said Sunday.

Police said the unidentified owner was on vacation when the theft occurred Friday evening.

The Picasso and Miro, which weren’t described further, were among four paintings taken. Also stolen were several valuable statuettes, as well as money and jewels, said a police spokesman.
