Idaho Man Dies In Road Accident

A DeSmet, Idaho, man died when his pickup truck hit a guard rail and it ripped through the cab, the State Police said Saturday.

Louie Gabriel Mitchell was driving west in a 1979 Ford on Lovell Valley Road near Plummer in Benewah County, troopers said.

Mitchell, 52, was discovered at 8 a.m. Saturday. Troopers did not know what time the crash happened or when Mitchell died.

The cause of the accident is under investigation. , DataTimes
