Sex Offender Living In Spokane

Level III sex offender Darin Arthur Putnam, 36, will not be living in Chattaroy, as was announced by the Spokane County Sheriff’s Department on Thursday.

Putnam will live in Spokane at an address the sheriff’s department would not release.

Putnam had registered the Chattaroy address with deputies, but said he changed his mind after the address was published.
