Proper-Raines Spokane

The marriage of Maxine M. Raines to Jerry L. Proper was solemnized in a Sept. 20 ceremony at The Waverly Place in Waverly.

H.C. and Rose Raines, Cheney, are parents of the bride. Proper is the son of Clara Proper, Spokane, and the late Lester Proper.

A reception followed at the wedding site. The Propers are living in Spokane after a Caribbean cruise honeymoon.
