Group Crazy For Pillsbury’s Refrigerated Bread Sticks

Amid all the cookies, cakes and brownies, some things tend to get overlooked in the holiday baking rush like bread sticks, perhaps.

Pillsbury’s new refrigerated garlic bread sticks will do rather nicely in a pinch. After all, you bake them yourself, after unrolling a can of prepared dough and spreading it with a garlic-herb topping.

The Spokesman-Review’s reader food panel was rather pleased with the results, crusty on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside.

We’re just waiting for someone to come up with fruitcake in a can.

Pillsbury Garlic Bread Sticks

Price: $1.89 for 10.6 ounces (makes 10 bread sticks).
