Information Sought On Shooting At Motel That Wounded Man

A man was shot in the head early Saturday during a party at a west Spokane motel, police said.

The 21-year-old victim was standing outside a room at West Wynn Motel, 2701 W. Sunset Blvd., when a shot was fired about 2:50 a.m.

Police said two cars were seen leaving the parking lot.

Friends took the victim to an area hospital. His wound first appeared to be life-threatening, but he was listed late Saturday in satisfactory condition.
