Cherberg Bldg., Senate Government Operations Committee public hearing on SB5055, repealing the growth management act, SB5057, authorizing a county to exempt itself from the growth management act by resolution and SB5506, increasing flexibility for counties and cities in implementing growth management.

10 a.m., House Hearing Room A, John L. O’Brien Bldg., House Law and Justice Committee public hearing on HB1130, which reaffirms and protects the institution of marriage.

10 a.m., House Hearing Room D, John L. O’Brien Bldg., House Energy and Utilities Committee public hearing on HB1346, imposing a use tax on electricity.
