Expos Sign Rodriguez

Henry Rodriguez, who hit 36 homers for the Montreal Expos last season, got a 10-fold salary increase when he agreed to a $2.3 million, one-year contract.

Left-hander Mike Hampton and the Houston Astros agreed on a $1.3 million, one-year contract.
