Probe Reveals Bias By Astra Managers

Federal investigators have concluded that managers at Astra USA sexually harassed numerous women employees and collaborated to cover up the harassment, Business Week magazine reports in its latest issue.

The magazine, which last year broke the story about the harassment scandal at the U.S. arm of the Swedish drug company, said Thursday the findings are contained in letters sent by the Equal Employment Opportunities Commission to women who have filed charges against Astra. Business Week said it had obtained copies of the letters.
