Senator Pleads Guilty To Drunken Driving
State Sen. Robbi King will be sentenced April 25 after pleading guilty to drunken driving.
The Glenns Ferry Republican, 38, who appeared before Magistrate Darla Williamson on Friday, had a 0.15 blood-alcohol level when she was arrested early on the morning of Jan. 5 for driving erratically in Boise.
The penalty for first-offense drunken driving is 30 days in jail with all but three days suspended, a $1,000 fine with all but $600 suspended, and a 180-day license suspension with no driving at all for the first 30 days.
Community service can be substituted for the jail time.
