Monday

Cherberg Bldg., Senate Government Operations Committee public hearing on SB 5802, attempting to integrate planning, review, and terminology among growth management, environmental, and ecological protection, and other related areas. Also being heard is SB 5915, allowing counties planning under the Growth Management Act to establish industrial land banks as permissible urban growth outside of an urban growth area.
