Massingale Sparks Ccs To 61-58 Win

Shelley Massingale scored 17 points, grabbed five rebounds and blocked two shots to lead Community Colleges of Spokane (14-4, 1-0) to a 61-58 win over Wenatchee Valley in an NWAACC opener in Wenatchee.

Alana Carlander hit a pair of 3-pointers and finished with 13 points, while Kelli Pilkington scored 10 for the Sasquatch.
