Kootenai County has a backlog of 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. David C. Derryberry Jr. 23, Coeur d’Alene, parole violation/rape, failure to register as a sex offender, trespassing, $23,000 bond.

Robert G. Fleming 34, Coeur d’Alene, parole violation/grand theft, felony eluding, felony driving while suspended, $25,000 bond.

Stanley L. Hatchie 33, Post Falls, parole violation/felony driving under the influence, obstructing justice, $6,000 bond.

Charlie T. Martinez 22, Post Falls, parole violation/discharge of a firearm at dwelling, $20,000 bond.

Melvin D. Pickett 35, Spokane, failure to appear/felony driving under the influence, assault on peace officer, $5,100.
