Sinatra Returns To Hospital

Compiled From Wire Services

Frank Sinatra was hospitalized Monday for undisclosed reasons, two months after a hospital stay which led to a series of sensational reports about his health.

Sinatra, who turned 81 on Dec. 12, arrived at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center early Monday by private car and was admitted to a private room, said Susan Reynolds, spokeswoman for the entertainer.

“Mr. Sinatra requested that no more information be provided,” Reynolds said.

Sinatra is expected to return to his Beverly Hills home today.

In November, Sinatra was hospitalized for eight days for a pinched nerve and mild pneumonia.

That hospitalization led to a series of sensationalized TV reports that Sinatra was near death.
