Whl Sexual Misconduct Scandal Widens

Associated Press

Allegations of sexual misconduct have surfaced involving the late Brian Shaw, one of the Western Hockey League’s most respected governors.

The allegations come on the heels of Graham James’ conviction for sexually assaulting two of his Swift Current players from 1986-94.

On Tuesday, Jim Harrison, who played eight years in the NHL, said Shaw made sexual advances toward him in September 1974 while Shaw coached the Edmonton Oilers of the World Hockey Association.
