Blue Mountain Gets Past Ccs

Blue Mountain overcame a seven-point halftime deficit and posted an 89-82 NWAACC win over Community Colleges of Spokane Saturday at Pendleton, Ore.

Rob DeBeaumont paced the Sasquatch with 19 points. Teammates Kasey Ahrens and Kevin Kuntz scored 18 and 14, respectively.

The difference in the game came at the foul line where the Timberwolves connected on 24 of 37 attempts. CCS shot only eight free throws for the game and made seven.
