Get Ready For Monsters

OK, Spokane!

Are you ready for some rumbling and tumbling thuuuunderrr?!!!!

See the greatest monster trucks duke it out in the dirt! Friday! Saturday! And Sunday! At the Spooo-kannne Aaarenaa! Oh, to be a monster-truck announcer.

If you own a TV or a radio, you’ve heard the melodramatic, deep-throated roaring voice, hyping the one event of the year that is “sure to keep you on the edge of your seat.”

Hopefully, it’s because of the exciting entertainment unleashed by the great giants on wheels and not because of the intoxicating gas fumes prompting you to make a mad dash for the door.

Indeed, the USA Motorsport Spectacular - the grand pooh-bah of monster-truck spectacles - returns to Spokane for three days.

The show features some of the biggest names in the sport, such as the almighty Bigfoot, the vexing Snakebite, the elusive Dragon Slayer, the irrepressible Misbehavin’ and the bludgeoning Bulldozer. All of which move mountains of dirt and squash old jalopies like aluminum cans.

Showtimes are 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 2 p.m. Sunday. Tickets are $16 and $13 for adults and $8 for children 12 and under, available at G&B Select-a-Seat outlets or call (800) 325-SEAT.
