Man Jailed After Teen Killed In Car Accident

A 31-year-old man was is jail Saturday after a 17-year-old girl was killed in a car accident in Asotin County.

Details about the accident, which happened late Friday, are sketchy.

The Asotin County Sheriff’s Department said only that the man was booked into jail on suspicion of vehicular homicide. Another 31-year-old man was charged with obstructing the investigation.

Neither the victim’s name nor the suspects’ names were released. The two men are scheduled to be arraigned Monday.
