Bomb Goes Off At California Bank

Compiled From Wire Services

An explosion outside a bank damaged three automated teller machines early Sunday, the second bomb found in this Northern California city in as many days. No one was injured.

No money was taken from the ATMs at the Wells Fargo Bank after the explosion about 3 a.m., police said. They offered no possible motive but said robbery was a possibility.

“If that was the intent - to get the money - he failed to do so,” Lt. Reggie Garcia said.
