Prison Releases

These people were released from Washington Department of Corrections facilities in December:

Kathleen Vasquez - Sentenced in Spokane County to 13 years for second-degree murder, Vasquez was released to Spokane County after serving eight years, five months and 25 days.

John Tristan - Sentenced in Spokane County to four years, 10 months for manslaughter, Tristan was released to California after serving two years, 10 months and 16 days.

Denny Foust - Sentenced in Pierce County to eight years for vehicular homicide, Foust was released to Spokane County after serving five years, two months and nine days.

Rickie Findley - Sentenced in Asotin County to 10 years, five months for first-degree rape, Findley was released to Spokane County after serving six years, eight months and 27 days.

Vincent Cournoyer - Sentenced in King County to four years, eight months for second-degree rape, Cournoyer was released to Spokane County after serving four years, four months and 19 days.

Eugene Eisenhart - Sentenced in Spokane County to five years, two months for second-degree rape, Eisenhart was released to Spokane County after serving three years, nine months and 28 days.

William Atkinson - Sentenced in Pend Oreille County to three years, two months for rape, Atkinson was released to Spokane County after serving two years, one month and seven days.

David Maclean - Sentenced in Clallam County to eight years for rape of child, Maclean was released to Spokane County after serving five years, one month and 16 days.

Jimmy Arrowsmith - Sentenced in Thurston County to five years for rape of child, Arrowsmith was released to Spokane County after serving three years, nine months and 19 days.

Brach Norris - Sentenced in Snohomish County to five years, eight months for violent sexual abuse of a child, Norris was released to Spokane County after serving four years, 10 months and 23 days.

Robert Boyer - Sentenced in Mason County to five years for violent sexual abuse of a child, Boyer was released to Spokane County after serving four years, nine months and 10 days.

Brian Patton - Sentenced in Spokane County to five years for violent sexual abuse of a child, Patton was released to Pierce County after serving four years, nine months and three days.

Richard Stidhem - Sentenced in Spokane County to two years, three months for violent sexual abuse of a child, Stidhem was released to Spokane County after serving nine months and 15 days.

Robert Shaver - Sentenced in Whatcom County to three years, six months for indecent liberties, Shaver was released to Spokane County after serving three years and six months.
