Secret Witness Needs Info On Man Wanted In Kidnapping

Secret Witness is offering a cash reward for information leading to the arrest of a man wanted on three felony warrants.

David Graham Hill, 28, has 10 convictions for offenses ranging from drug possession, robbery and burglary. He is now wanted for suspicion of first-degree kidnapping, burglary and delivery of drugs.

Hill is 5 feet 11, weighs 190 pounds and has red hair and blue eyes. Anyone with information is asked to call 327-5111. Callers may used a code name or number for future contact about the reward.
