Kootenai County Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. FELONIES

Ernest H. Bartlett 46, Cataldo, grand theft, $2,500 bond..

James R. Howard Jr. 40, Rathdrum, grand theft, battery on jailer, failure to appear/ malicious injury to property, contempt/driving under the influence, $8,168 bond.

Bryan R. Palmer grand theft, failure to appear/battery, $5,500 bond.

Stanley K. Reep 41, Potlatch, Idaho, failure to appear/nonsufficient funds checks, $100,822 bond.

Robert L. Wilhelm 39, Post Falls, conspiracy to traffic cocaine, $200,000 bond.
