Galaxy Rally For Win

Bobby Phillips powered his way to two touchdowns as the Frankfurt Galaxy rallied for a 29-17 win in Frankfurt, Germany, over the World Bowl-bound Barcelona Dragons.

Phillips carried the ball 20 times for 100 yards.

The Dragons led 10-0 in the first quarter on Jesus Angoy’s 31-yard field goal, followed by former Central Washington University star Jon Kitna’s 2-yard pass to Sheddrick Wilson.

Derrick Clark rushed for two more touchdowns as the Rhein Fire defeated the Amsterdam Admirals 24-0 in Duesseldorf, Germany, and moved one game away from making the WLAF World Bowl.

Clark, a former Denver Broncos player, scored on short runs of 12 and 9 yards in the first half.
