Liquor Licenses

In Ho and Young Sook Song have been approved for a license to sell beer and wine at retail in bottles, cans or original containers for off-premises consumption at Songs Convenience Store, 1621 S. Ray.

Murphy Enterprises Inc. has been approved for a license to sell beer and wine at retail in bottles, cans or original containers for off-premises consumption at Murphy Enterprises, 726 E. 43rd.

Quarterhorse Inc. has been approved for a license to sell spirituous liquor, beer and wine for on-premises consumption only in conjunction with food sales at the Quarterhorse, 1321 W. Second.

The State Liquor Control Board imposed a $150 penalty on Godfather’s Pizza Inc., which was accused of allowing a 19-year-old to be in possession of liquor on the licensed premises at Godfather’s Pizza, 2620 E. 29th.

The State Liquor Control Board ordered a five-day suspension of liquor-license privileges for T. John and Amy Myther and the Southland Corp. to sell beer and wine at retail in bottles, cans or original containers for off-premises consumption. The licensee, or an employee, was accused of supplying liquor to a person under 21 years old for off-premises consumption at 7-Eleven Food Store No. 17937, 510 S. Thor.
