$1 Million At Stake

If the first three finishers in the Belmont Stakes run in next month’s Swaps Stakes at Hollywood Park, the winner will earn $800,000 of a $1 million purse, race officials said.

Touch Gold won the Belmont on June 7, with Kentucky Derby and Preakness winner Silver Charm finishing a close second and Free House coming in third.

Touch Gold, Silver Charm and Free House are all based in Southern California.
