Boeing Says 2 More Private 737s Ordered

Boeing Business Jets said Saturday that two more of the private 737s have been ordered, bringing total announced orders to 20.

The new customers for the jets were not disclosed. The plane, a hybrid of Boeing’s new 737-700 and 737-800, sells for $30.5 million.

The first of the new planes is to roll out of the Renton factory in June 1998, with initial deliveries to customers later that year.
