Sex Offender Now Living Downtown

A registered sex offender recently released from Pine Lodge Pre-Release Center is now living in downtown Spokane, police said.

Jerry Lee McIntosh, 39, was convicted of first-degree rape and robbery in 1991, auto theft in 1989, fraud in 1988, and assault in 1981, according to police.

As a Level III sex offender, he is considered a high risk to re-offend.

McIntosh was released on the condition that he have no contact with his victim and no sexual contact with juveniles. He is also barred from possessing or consuming alcohol.

He is 5 feet 10 inches tall, 260 pounds, with brown thinning hair and hazel eyes. McIntosh has a speech impediment, wears a hearing aid and has a tattoo of an eagle on his right upper arm, police said.
