Simply Seattle Inc. has been approved for a license to sell beer and wine at retail in bottles, cans or original containers for off-premises consumption at Evergreen, 4750 N. Division, Spokane.

Judith L. Eigell has been approved for a license to sell beer and wine at retail in bottles, cans or original containers for off-premises consumption at Driscoll One Stop, 4203 N. Driscoll Blvd., Spokane.

The Washington State Liquor Control Board has imposed a monetary penalty of $250 which was paid by Stephen Eugenio. A charge was made with allowing a person under 21 years of age remain on the licensed premises of Elliott’s Tavern, 633 W. Garland, Spokane.
