Post Office Launches Customer Service Line

Postal customers in Spokane can now receive detailed postal information by calling a national toll-free customer service number. By Aug. 5, the service will be phased in to 60 other Eastern Washington and North Idaho communities, postal officials said.

The phone line (1-800-275-8777 or 1-800-ASK-USPS) provides information on mailing rates, zip codes and addresses, hours, change of address, redelivery notices and holding mail. , DataTimes
