Brianne Adams Named U-Hi Lilac Princess

The fifth of 12 Lilac Festival princesses was chosen Tuesday.

Brianne Adams, a University High senior, was picked to represent her school. She is the daughter of Steven and Pamela Adams.

Adams, 18, is a cheerleader, swimming teacher and member of the National Honor Society. She plans to attend Washington State University and major in business.

One of the Lilac princesses representing Spokane-area schools will be chosen queen April 12 at Shadle Park High School.
