Tickets go on sale Saturday at 9 a.m. at Ticketmaster for the U2 PopMart Tour, which plays the Kingdome in Seattle Dec. 12 at 8 p.m.

Reserved seat tickets are $52.50 and $37.50, plus service charges. Tickets will be sold via random number distribution at Ticketmaster outlets, with a 10-ticket limit per buyer; or tickets can be ordered by phone at (206) 628-0888.

The PopMart Tour plays 62 cities in 20 countries between April and December and will visit 20 more countries in 1998. The new U2 album, “Pop,” was released Tuesday.
