Local Bank To Build Branch On South Hill

From Staff And Wire Reports

Inland Northwest Bank will have a new branch open at the intersection of Regal and 57th by Aug. 1, President Fred Schunter says.

Officials expect to have a building permit in the next week or two, he said, adding that drainage problems that trouble neighboring developments have been resolved at the bank site, which occupies part of a parking area in front of Gold’s Gym and Pepperdine Sports Bar & Grill.

The bank building will cover 3,100 square feet, with four drive-up lanes, including one for an automatic teller machine. The exterior will be brick and clapboard.

The branch will be staffed by six employees. , DataTimes
