Washington boys all-stars

Greater Spokane League big men Chris Anderson and Erik Carlson are among 20 area players selected for the four Washington Interscholastic Basketball Coaches Association allstate games June 19 in Yakima’s Sundome.

Anderson and Carlson will play on the AAA City team that will meet the AAA State team.

In the past, the all-state series included two games in Spokane and two at a West Side site. The rosters featured AAA and AA players in one game, A and B players in the other. Now four games, separated into the state’s normal classifications, will occur one after another in Yakima.
