Reward Offered For Information On Suspected Heroin Dealer

Secret Witness is offering a reward for information about a suspected heroin dealer.

Robert James Harstad has convictions for robbery, drugs, drug dealing and parole violations. He is now wanted for felony delivery of a controlled substance.

Harstad is 50 years old, 6-foot1, has brown hair and blue eyes.

Anyone with information about Harstad’s whereabouts is asked to call Secret Witness at 327-5111. Callers do not have to give their names to be eligible for the cash reward.
