From Staff And Wire Reports

Eight people were injured Friday night when a car hit a Spokane Transit Authority bus.

The bus was picking up passengers on East Sprague and Felts Road when a car, driven by John Fleming of Spokane, hit the bus from behind shortly before 11 p.m.

Another car then collided into Fleming’s vehicle.

Those injured, including the bus driver, were either treated on the scene or brought to Deaconess Medical Center, where they were treated and released for abrasions, cuts and other minor injuries.
