Four Injured In One-Car Crash

From Staff And Wire Reports

Four people were injured Saturday night when their car crashed north of Elk, the Washington State Patrol said.

The driver, Keith Boyer, 31, of Elk, was speeding on Eloika Lake Road when he crossed the center line and rolled his 1984 Chevrolet Blazer several times, the WSP said.

Boyer and two passengers - Crystal Becker, 16, of Elk, and Shannon Fenton, 15, of Spokane - were treated and released for minor injuries.

A third passenger, 19-year-old David Stiles of Elk, was listed in stable condition late Sunday at Holy Family Hospital.

No one was wearing a seat belt, troopers said.
