A total of 21 air quality complaints were reported to the Spokane County Air Pollution Control Authority between May 5 and May 10.

The most common complaint, open fire, was reported eight times.

May 5

Open fire reported at 3910 E. Westwood at 4:37 p.m.

Odors reported at West of 2500 N. Rebecca at 5:19 p.m.

Open fire reported at 2322 E. 42nd at 6:49 p.m.

Smoke/odors from a solid fuel burning device, such as a wood stove or fireplace, reported at 14813 E. Rich at 8:24 p.m.

Odors reported at W. 11100 block Newkirk at 9:29 p.m.

Dust reported at Wilcox Gravel Pit at 10:17 a.m.

Smoke/odors from a solid fuel burning device reported at 2527 N. Perrine at 10:45 a.m.

Open fire reported at 21st and Glenrose at 12 p.m.

Dust from construction reported at Argonne and Buckeye at 3:30 p.m.

Dust on paved road reported at Highway 2 between Riverside/Millers One at 4:30 p.m.
