Council Oks Assessments For Paving

The Spokane City Council Monday approved the final assessment roll for 25 parcels of property included in a street-paving project in Lincoln Heights.

Nearly $116,000 was spent putting in curbs and sidewalks and in paving 31st Avenue from Cuba to Myrtle streets.

The project was intended, in part, to reduce the amount of dust pollution in the neighborhood.
