Community Congress On Race Relations

“Dreams Into Reality,” Spokane’s first Community Congress on Race Relations will take place on Tuesday, 9 a.m.-9 p.m. at the Spokane Convention Center.

It will feature a cultural resource fair, entertainment, educational break-out sessions and special programming for young people.

It’s free and open to the public. Individuals can participate in as much or as little of the program as they choose.

9 a.m.: Opening ceremony.

10 a.m.: Youth Congress opening ceremony.

Adult breakout sessions begin at 10 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 3 p.m. and 6:30 p.m..
