Duke Ends Victory Drought

Norm Duke ended a two-year victory drought on the Pro Bowlers Association tour by defeating Bob Learn Jr. 279-203 to win the Foresters Open.

Duke earned $40,000 for his 12th career win and qualified for the Showboat King of the Hill match in Harrisburg, Pa., May 31. The former PBA Player of the Year had not won since 1995 when he captured the Cleveland Open.
