Elderly Man, Woman Found Dead Of Apparent Homicide-Suicide

An elderly man and woman were found dead in their home early Saturday, and the Clark County sheriff’s office is investigating the case as an apparent homicide-suicide.

A man who called 911 about 6:45 a.m. told a dispatcher that he had just shot his wife and was going to shoot himself. He indicated that both he and his wife were ill, the sheriff’s office said.

When deputies arrived at the home, they found the bodies.

The names of the couple were withheld until relatives could be notified.
