Excerpts From Alleged Love Letters

Associated Press

Excerpts from love letters allegedly sent by 1st Lt. Kelly Flinn to Marc Zigo have been released. The letters, reportedly written last summer, were found by Zigo’s ex wife, Gayla, who provided copies to The Associated Press on Friday:

“A few days ago, you told me it’s time for me to come get you. That’s exactly what I am doing now. I want to be with you forever, and I will fight for it.

“Everywhere I look, I see your face. I see your eyes looking deep into my heart. I look at the stars at night, thinking of you, and I hope that you are thinking of me. I watch the sunrise every morning and wonder if one day you will be sitting next to me watching the same sun rise. I go to sleep at night and my last thoughts are of you. I wake in the morning asking to be back in your arms.

“All I have to offer is myself. Complete. 100%. You already have that. You have my heart, soul, mind and body. You are the only one that I ever want to be with. You are the one I want to spend the rest of my life with. You are my soul mate, my ‘centuri amore.’ You make me complete. You make me whole. You bring to me the greatest happiness I have ever experienced!

“I loved you, love you, and will always love you.

“The road ahead is not a smooth one for either of us. I realize that this will not be easy for the first few months. You have many choices and decisions to make. Perhaps I do have a lot of baggage. I am a pilot in the US Air Force with some history attached to my name. I have made some bad choices in the past. I have a family who loves me.

“What I want is my happiness. You give me that!

“I want to hug you so badly! Just wrap your arms around your waist and squeeze really hard. Pretend it’s me giving you a hug!!

See you soon I hope.”
